Unity web player installed but not working

I have been trying to play games but they keep saying I need to install unity web player but I already have it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it wont work.

However since a recent update (I think), it suddenly stopped working. The game shows a message "Unity Web Player, install now!", but I already have it installed. Firefox is the only browser this game works on, so this really sucks :( Hell I even tried IE but you know, it crashed.
